We are excited to announce that our biometric reader is working with our point of sale solution. This is great news!

We are planning of writing additional articles regarding point of sale in the near future. This should provide additional information to users and describe the problems that many face today. There are many solutions out there but the idea of getting your point of sale solution looked at is a big challenge. We take it upon ourselves to help solve these issues.

So we ran into some unexpected issues when running some all in one point of sale computers. One of the issues that we saw was the problem of the customer display essentially functioning as a secondary monitor and display the same exact screen that the user sees. That is unnecessary and makes the point of sale system in general look ugly.

The actual design of the unit wasn’t bad it was a metal design something rare in the sea of plastics and it had a good clean structure.  Of course no all in one point of sale solution is perfect and far from it but we found the duplicate screens a poor design and really something that can be easily changed.

We will be performing additional research on our competitors in order to ensure that Polar Point of Sale stays at the top of the market.
